Comfort Food at The Pier
Comfort Food is a family-run restaurant with a heartfelt mission. Our journey began when Kali’s child was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance, making it clear how limited safe and enjoyable dining options could be. This experience inspired us to raise awareness around Coeliac disease and to create a welcoming space where dietary needs are not just accommodated but genuinely understood and respected.
Our Kitchen
At Comfort Food, we’ve designed a menu that’s largely Coeliac-friendly—including a dedicated Children’s Menu—so everyone can enjoy a delicious meal with confidence. Our kitchen features a designated allergen-safe area to help prevent cross-contamination, ensuring we prepare each dish with care and integrity.
